Surabhi Mathur Gandhi

Currently In her role as Partner at True Cinema Commercials; Surabhi supports the operational & administrative functions. She is also the founder member & recently-turned entrepreneur of her brand SUgaRush – a home baker specialising in customised cakes, bakes and more.

Prior to this entrepreneurial stint; she has close to 2 decades of combined management & analytical experience in her corporate HR roles, Surabhi has exhibitted a professional working style and expertise in managing both – operations as well as business.

She has been associated with firms such as Ad Astra; TeamLease Services Pvt Ltd & Annet Communications amongst others; where she has spearheaded HR functional roles along with P&L responsibilities.

Her stint within the corporate world covers various functions like operations, manpower planning, business development, business strategy & delivery execution.

She is an MBA from the Oxford-Brookes University, London. A double Graduate in Economics & Psychology, she has also completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Narsee Monji Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai.
